Disclaimer
This whitepaper is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer of securities or investment advice in any jurisdiction. The project tokens are offered only to qualified and professional investors, and are not offered to residents of the United States, China, or sanctioned jurisdictions. This project follows the Virtual Assets Issuance Guidance published by the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) in April 2026. Token issuance and trading are being structured to pursue a compliant path under the VARA framework. The project does not involve any assets or entities in China; all mining rights are located in Chile and the issuance structure is established in Dubai.
1. Executive Summary
1.1 Project Overview
CGT-50 is a Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization project backed by a 50% mining rights interest in the 3345 copper-gold district held by MINERA CHANG JIANG S.A. (Chile). Through a compliant structure established in Dubai, the revenue rights of the Chilean copper asset are converted into tradable tokens on regulated digital-asset platforms such as Binance, providing global investors with direct digital exposure to a world-class copper asset.
1.2 Key Parameters
| Parameter | Description |

1.3 Strategic Value
- Copper's strategic role: Chile holds 19% of global copper reserves and produces 24% of global copper output. Copper is a core metal of the energy transition with strong long-term demand.
- Superior resource quality: The 3345 district contains 68.765 Mt of copper ore, 583 kt of copper metal (large-scale deposit), average copper grade 0.848% — well above the global porphyry average of ~0.4–0.6% — with 640.9 t silver and 12.38 t gold as by-products.
- Regulatory leadership: In April 2026 VARA published the world's first end-to-end RWA tokenization issuance guidance; this project benefits from that clarity.
- Hard asset anchoring: Tokens represent direct ownership rights in the underlying mining asset and require no separate reserve pool, differentiating them from speculative crypto assets.
